Have fun explaining to your clients that this isn't Malicious Software

I'll change my review after it's fixed. It's a 3-to-4ish star app-- but you'll need to guide users through the install and explain how to override Apple's blocker on the install, which brings it down to negative tacos (and there isn't an option for negative tacos, so I'll settle for 1 taco).

I turned the other cheek on this at first, figured they were still relatively new and it would get fixed-- but that was 6 months ago-- how have you not fixed this yet?

If you can't that part right, you shouldn't be here at all. When asked in the Q&A the feigned ignorance, but they know exactly what their users are dealing with.

Hi Asakhai,

Thank you for your honest feedback — we truly appreciate it.

We understand your concern regarding the installation warning on macOS. Please rest assured, our app is not malicious in any way. The message shown by Apple is a standard security prompt that appears when installing apps downloaded from outside the App Store. Many trusted apps face the same message until they are officially listed in the store.

That said, we are actively working on publishing our desktop apps to the Mac App Store and Microsoft Store. Once available there, you’ll be able to install the app directly without encountering this warning.

We value your support and take your feedback seriously. In the meantime, we encourage you to continue using the app — it’s stable, safe, and trusted by many of our users. We hope you’ll consider updating your review, as the core functionality of the app remains unaffected by this installation step.

Thanks again for helping us improve.

Best regards,
Muqeet
