Hoping it improves!

Customer support has been great - easy to access and quick replies with their chat feature with a human. Thank you! They also added a feature for me if I bumped to the next tier, and they fulfilled that promise nicely and on time. Such a smoother process and much more friendly than a competitor on AppSumo...

The downsides include that it takes a bit of a learning curve to understand their "branding conference" build for the white label portion, so have to pay attention to which account dashboard you're in for meetings. Seems a little complex to have and learn two different dashboards (one for white label and one for their Meet Hour branding). Also, the ability to upload documents or files (PDFs, Word docs, etc.) in the chat is important and I hope they are making progress on the roadmap with that. Been waiting on the AI transcription feature to be available as well as it has been a while. Another con is that sometimes the video conference with others is glitchy and others were unable to connect successfully (their mic was muted, but I could still hear them talking). So we had to switch everyone to Google Meet anyway, which was inconvenient. Last thing is that I noticed when asking for another feature being available in the future, they try to promote an upsell for me to pay an additional amount for another feature, rather than considering it for an update on their roadmap for appsumo lifetime members...
So there are definitely pros and cons! I'm hoping the product improves from here and that I can rely on the product as a Zoom/Google Meet alternative.

We understand that setting up branded conferences can feel a bit complex initially, especially with two dashboards (Meet Hour and your custom domain). But once you're familiar with the workflow, managing everything becomes much smoother. You can customize or manage your branded experience from either the main Meet Hour dashboard or directly through your custom domain.

We’re glad to let you know that the ability to upload documents (PDFs, Word files, etc.) in the chat is on our near-term roadmap. We’re actively working on bringing this to life. Also, **AI transcription and translation features are now available in Tier 5 and above plans**—something we know many of our users have been waiting for.

We’d also like to clarify that not every feature can be included in all plans. Since each plan comes with its own set of background services and infrastructure costs, we need to categorize features accordingly. This ensures quality and sustainability across the board. While many essential features are available in the lower tiers, some advanced features are reserved for higher plans to make them viable. That said, we’re continuously working to expand access where feasible in future updates.
