Currently, the Exit URL is used both when someone leaves the room and when they click “Disagree” on the disclaimer.

Could you add a separate URL setting for 'Disagree'?
That way, users who don’t enter the room could be redirected to an explanation or contact page — not the same page as actual attendees, who should go to a feedback form or offer page.
