Very happy with the decision to buy tier 3. It's still a bit rough around the edges, and I'm definitely keeping Meetn. Lots of promise, and I'm always looking for a feasible alternative to Zoom for both security/privacy reasons as well as cost savings.

Pros:
Very easy to use. Zoom went down for a few hours earlier this week, and I was able to pivot to using Meetn for several meetings during that time without any advance notice, without having used it before, and without having looked through any of the help/support materials.

I run a membership program with multiple facilitators for live sessions. Meetn will be much easier to use than Zoom in this scenario, as I can give each facilitator their own "host" link to the same Meetn room.

I love the ability to upload slides directly. Much nicer than screen sharing.

The custom CTA button and redirect upon exit are helpful features that I didn't expect to enjoy so much.

Support is fast & friendly.

Live captioning is accurate and easy to turn on.

Cons
As others have mentioned, the branding is... odd and outdated. There's a green glow around the active speaker window that gives a 1990's alien movie vibe.

There is no way to customize the confirmation and reminder emails that people get when registering for a session. I hear that customization is coming soon, but for now, there's no way to add a link to slides, specific instructions for the session, etc.

There isn't the option to register for recurring meetings via Meetn. I offer a weekly co-working session, and while I can use the same link for each session, I'd need to create my own calendar invite/reminders via a calendar app or something similar.

The chat is not saved when recording a live session. You can manually save it before leaving the session, but if you forget to do that, it won't be visible along with the recording.

Overall, I'm feeling hopeful about this purchase and look forward to watching the product evolve.
