This service is much more straightforward and comfortable to use for the every day client and theres just something about it thats a lot better than the zoom experience. Zoom being riddled with glitches and difficulties for new users has me wondering why i trust it at all to close new business, and while i havent fully employed this service yet for the same purposes, using it to onboard on salesnexus i immediately wanted to switch to it.

It does have short comings that I am sure will be sorted out with time, but at this price im willing to wait. I think Rick has the experience and intelligence to execute this to a fantastic degree, but some of the coming improvements/features seem misaligned as far as priority goes. Us sales folk are TIRED of zoom, zoom seems intent to draw a sigh from both clients and professionals when its brought up before the meeting, and it's time for a real solution. Meetn has what it takes to be a rock solid, dependable solution for virtual 1 on 1 sales that is so far the easiest thing ive ever used to join in on a meeting and get what i need from it. Tailoring some settings and features to increasing effectiveness and useability especially as far as screen layout/sharing (needs a native pc app for this) where my face is still visible when screen sharing as well as their face, and having the other person forced priority full screen by default, would go a long way in helping the sales presentation and connection with the client.

Overall, I think a focus on making this easily tailored to the needs of sales professionals would make this product huge in this market, and truly allow you to seize a large share all to yourself. Meetn has an amazingly reliable and easy to use framework, best ive ever used, it just needs a bit of purpose behind it still.

Still a 5 out of 5 service, i'd only go lower if I didnt think Rick would execute properly. i bought Tier 5 because I am confident.
