Q: Are other file formats supported?
Hi, this may be an unusual question for your product. I want to know if your product can support uploading of other file formats for example Microsoft Word documents or PDFs etc?
If it's only photos and videos, is there a maximum length to the video? Or is there a maximum file size to the video?

We only allow media file uploads (photos and videos), not document files.
We don’t have a max file size. However, upload speed depends on the file size.
For instance, Uploading a video of 500mb will take longer time than uploading a 90mb video.
