A: Hello,

For Tier 1 users, Memogram deletes uploaded media after 30 days.

However, Tier 2 users have full access to our Advanced Storage Tool, which allows users to connect Google Drive or Dropbox to automatically back up and retain all media for life.

They can connect Unlimited Storage Accounts, and link them to any event they want on Memogram.
