Q: White-Label Customization & Admin Access – A Few Questions
Hi, have few questions around white label tool
1. Link Expiry Control:
Can I set how many days each client can access their gallery? (e.g., 30 days vs. lifetime access?)
2. Client Edit Access:
Can clients make edits to their landing page or gallery once it’s live? Or is it admin-only?
3. Admin Dashboard – What’s Included?
Can you share what the admin dashboard looks like? Specifically:
• Can we view analytics (downloads, views)?
• Can we manage all client galleries in one place?
4. Lead Capture / Contact Info:
Do we get access to contact details (name/email/phone) of users or clients uploading or viewing photos?

1. For Tier 1 users, media expires after 30 days. For Tier 2 users, they have exclusive access to our Advanced storage Tool that allows them integrate storage platforms to store their media for life.

2. Yes, edits can be made on event page at anytime, even after publishing.

You can manage all your clients galleries from one Place, on the "Media" page.
4. You can collect only names and caption that we tagged "What's on your mind". However, both fields are completely optional.
sup9PLUSHi, my question framing was not appropriate I guess. I was asking for the white label use case not the tier 1 and tier 2. Let me ask them again.

For now we don’t have that option. However, if you get a good number of requests for phone number and email address collection, then we’ll include those options.
