Q: You have not replied yet.
Question is the webhook data, Zapier tool is fetching is different than what my questions. Its been tried with a public link only, retested many time. While i have 5 questions in Zapier i only see 4 defaults question.
I see like contact form question while fetiching in zapier - a default created.
I tried contacting via email as weel but as usual no response

When you click the Test button while setting up your webhook, it sends sample data—not real survey data.
As mentioned earlier, to receive actual results in your automation tool, you’ll need to complete the survey (not in preview mode).
