There is no option to upgrade at the moment. We had an issue with a new feature breaking the code of the agency tier. We are re-building the agency tier. Once we know how much the full project will cost us to build and maintain, we will know what we must charge to keep it operational.

2.) Can your software be used with teams? If so, how many users of my team can I provide access to the software?

Yes, the software can be used with teams, we removed the feature from the front end, but the code is still in place for those who added it earlier. Just email my team at Team@Molo9.com and they will help you add this to your account. Each team seat is $8 per month.

3.) With the export report add-on feature, can I put my company branding on the reports or documents I provide to clients? If so, provide instructions.

The export add-on just exports the data to a csv or excel, from there you can customize the excel however you'd like.

4.) Thanks for providing the link to your book on Amazon. Can the dedicated project portal feature provided with the book purchase assist us in our client services? Please explain.

The book teaches you how to build and run an entire marketing department, if this is something that you offer to your clients, or would like to do within your agency, this is how it would help.
