Q: Full list of review sites? Also, monitoring?

Hi, I couldn't find an exhaustive list of the review sites you support, can you share that? Do you have plans to add more regularly, and have any idea of that cadence? just want to get an idea, not looking for a deadline or anything...

Also, do you have plans to offer any kind of monitoring of brand reputation via these review sites? It would be awesome to be able to aggregate these and have some reporting, maybe even respond to negative reviews from the product, this would add immense value to clients!

it looks great, I am definitely interested and look forward to seeing more about the product, thanks for building and sharing it!

A: You can get reviews on any site through the platform by adding links or redirects to the hosted review page. The deep integrations essentially allow you to pull in those reviews and/or reply to them. That is just Google for now. However, you can still import reviews a number of ways, including by URL for Google, Facebook, Yelp, and TrustPilot. But I do plan to work on more integrations, likely...

Q: What are the review requests?

Basically the title: what counts as a review request?

Obviously if I use the platform to send out a review request to the customer, that's undoubtedly a review request.

But what if:

• I embed a review link into our existing post-purchase email sequence (using MailerLite)?

• I put out a QR-code on site for local customers to be able to scan it and leave a review?

• I specifically send a customer a review link from my personal email?

Do the above also count against our monthly review request limits? Or can we theoretically receive unlimited reviews every month, as long as we use a workaround to send out review requests, and don't use the platform's built-in feature to do so?

I'm talking about tiers 3-5 by the way, the lower ones don't seem relevant to our use case as an agency.

A: A request is a review request sent from the platform. And includes its reminders. You could share the link and it wouldn’t count towards that limit. But keep in mind the free tier shows MGR branding, and starting next week, the plans are changing and the free tier will have a limited feature set. The AS deal includes all features with the purchase of any code.

Q: Users who manage the adminstration of my projects only have 20 requests/month.

So I have the assigned amount of request/month, but the people who I assign to run the projects in my org only have 20/month? How does this work? I can assign users to help me with projects but they can't help me with them with only 20/month. I want my projects to have access to the pool of requests, not just one single user. Am I missing someting? Thanks!

A: They do. You should add your own sending domain in settings. Once you do that, you can adjust the project limits to anything you want. You can do that either in the project strategy section, or via the agency section under project limits.
