If a restaurant has 3 waiters, can a QR code be assigned to each one to know through which waiter a review was submitted? It could be an interesting option to provide incentives to the staff.
A: Yes. You can make multiple review pages each with their own QR code. I think right now you would need to use locations for each waiter though. And assign each location to its respective review page.
Yes, that would be good. For example, at my restaurant La Grande Boucherie, where I have three waiters, I’d like to know which waiter is generating the most reviews and offer a financial bonus for requesting reviews.
You should be able to add ?tag=water_name to the review page URL, and that should associate the tag to any review. You will just need to make your own QR codes with those links that have the query parameters.
This week I will purchase the tool, but will there be any videos or tutorials available to learn about the features?
Q: Domain per project/client?
Can we use a unique domain on per client basis? Or, is it one for all clients/projects for an agency? So, we would need to come up with a generic domain that would work for all clients?
A: Yes it does. And it’s actually unlimited, so 30 is fine. We do not offer a billing solution. You’ll have to handle that outside the platform. There a number of ways to apply limits to projects and sub-accounts though. So you can upsell.
A: It is not possible to auto-post to 3rd party platforms. The rating is recorded in MGR, and the customer can either be instructed to copy/paste the review into Google or be redirected right to Google if the rating is a 5. There are a number of ways to configure the review page.

Tagging would be good for this. I may need to build that out. So a tag is assigned to a review from certain review pages.

Q: How many office locations
Hi, I really love this tool and I'm thinking about purchasing it, but I have a few questions:
If I buy 5 codes, does that give me the ability to resell the hosting to a business so they can set up their own locations, like offices?
How many office locations can this business set up? I have a client who has over 30 Google Maps listings.
Also, if a client agrees to the price I offer, does More Good Reviews provide a way to charge this client on a monthly basis?

Thank you very much! Is there any kind of demo available to see the tool in action?
If you write into support, I'll send you a link to schedule a demo call.
Q: Is there Arabic?
If I buy the Agency offer, can I make the AI write the review in Arabic so people can copy it?
Also can I change the interface language to Arabic?
scottvayner
Jul 12, 2025A: The AI writes the review according to the browser's language, but the app does not have localization for Arabic.

Q: Where will the review appear?
When people answer the questions and fill out the form, where will that review go? will it be posted automatically on FB or Google?
