- Basically the title: what counts as a review request? Obviously if I use the platform to send out a review request to the customer, that's undoubtedly a review request. But what if: • I embed a review link into our existing post-purchase email sequence (using MailerLite)? • I put out a QR-code on site for local customers to be able to scan it and leave a review? • I specifically send a customer a review link from my personal email? Do the above also count against our monthly review request limits? Or can we theoretically receive unlimited reviews every month, as long as we use a workaround to send out review requests, and don't use the platform's built-in feature to do so? I'm talking about tiers 3-5 by the way, the lower ones don't seem relevant to our use case as an agency.
