Q: I'd like to use the Net Promoter System ratings developed by Bain. It gives you a continuous measure. Possible?

The user is asked to rate from 1 to 10. Those who give high ratings are called "promoters," and those who give low ratings are "detractors." The NPS is calculated by subtracting the number of detractors from the number of promoters—hence, the "net promoters"—a measure of how many of your customers (in excess of detractors) are promoting your business. Using this measure, you can calculate a monthly (or weekly, or daily) NPS and see how the score is trending over time. Very helpful. Have you considered using it? THANKS

A: Hey, this has been suggested on the feedback board. While I am not opposed to building it, the system is deeply intertwined with the 5-star rating system right now, so it will take some time to figure it out. Perhaps down the line I will work on this though.
