I was trying to find something to integrate with public review platforms, which can provide widgets, and other social proof features, but that's not exactly what this is.
This does some of those things, but it doesn't integrate with social platforms.
Instead, it connects with either Hubspot or Stripe, and it automates review request follow-ups, and then it gives you pages and widgets for presenting that data.
It's got some neat features built into the backend.
Definitely a cool tool, but I think the big downside is that there is no Google or Facebook integration.
If you can't automate social proof in a rankable fashion, then it purely operates as a conversion benefit, which I think is just half the value.
Even if you can collect a much larger quantity of reviews, with a lot less work, there's gonna be a threshold of diminishing returns, if you aren't connected to a traffic source.
So... since there is no GMB integration feature, I see no reason to keep this.
