To upgrade from Tier 5 to a higher tier (Tier 6 or Tier 7), you’ll need to purchase the upgraded tier directly from AppSumo. Once you do that, your dashboard will automatically update with the new features and credits.

A: Thanks for your question, and I understand the importance of translating images along with text. We’re already working on a feature that will allow you to replace images based on the language version of your site. This feature will be available in MultiLipi 2.0.
While it’s not available right now, we’re excited to launch it soon and will keep you updated.
Hello, do you have Dutch and Catalan among the available languages? When you choose an option with 10 languages, for example, can I choose the languages.
The Import/Export features, including Translation Memory, are available starting from Tier 3 and beyond. Unfortunately, these features are not available in Tier 1 and Tier 2.
Please let us know if you need further assistance or have any other questions!
I believe you mentioned that Translation Memory would be available from Tier 1 (please refer to your reply to the user "thierry.robert" on March 3, 2025).
Please be consistent with your answers. So, what is the current situation for Import/Export and Translation Memory?
Thank you for your message and for pointing that out.
Initially, we did offer Import/Export and Translation Memory features for Tier 1, but we are now locking these features according to the AppSumo plans. Going forward, these features will be available from Tier 3 and above.
I apologize for any confusion, and I appreciate your understanding as we continue to improve and fine-tune our offerings.
Q: Useable on websites with different HTML for mobile and desktop?
Some of my websites are already very old (but still very successful) and use different HTML code for mobile and desktop. This also works very well and the effort to change the websites to a responsive design is disproportionate, as the increasing spread of ad blockers no longer allows greater development effort, as the revenue is falling away.
I am currently testing the free version of MultiLipi. The HTML code for the desktop version is displayed on the smartphone. As a result, the font is tiny and almost unreadable.
Can MultiLipi be used at all for websites that deliver different HTML code for mobile and desktop? I can't find a configuration option for this.
A: Yes, MultiLipi can be used on websites that deliver different HTML for mobile and desktop. However, because the mobile and desktop versions have separate HTML code, the translation process may be impacted, especially on mobile devices. If your website is not responsive and serves different HTML to mobile users, you may encounter issues like font sizes being too small or content not displaying...
Q: I already activated my codes and not able to upgrade without paying for the entire thing again
Can you help me upgrade from tier 5 because I am trying to support more before you end here

Q: For Tier 1 & 2 - Import/Export is available?
Could you please confirm if these features are available at these tiers? You mentioned Translation Memory—is that correct?
