A: Thanks for your question!

To upgrade from Tier 5 to a higher tier (Tier 6 or Tier 7), you’ll need to purchase the upgraded tier directly from AppSumo. Once you do that, your dashboard will automatically update with the new features and credits.

If you have any issues or need assistance, feel free to reach out to us at support@multilipi.com, and we’ll be happy to help you out!

A: Thanks for your question, and I understand the importance of translating images along with text. We’re already working on a feature that will allow you to replace images based on the language version of your site. This feature will be available in MultiLipi 2.0.

Q: Available languages (Dutch and Catalan ?)

Hello,
do you have Dutch and Catalan among the available languages?
When you choose an option with 10 languages, for example, can I choose the languages.

Regards

Could you please confirm if these features are available at these tiers? You mentioned Translation Memory—is that correct?

Q: Useable on websites with different HTML for mobile and desktop?

Some of my websites are already very old (but still very successful) and use different HTML code for mobile and desktop.
This also works very well and the effort to change the websites to a responsive design is disproportionate, as the increasing spread of ad blockers no longer allows greater development effort, as the revenue is falling away.

I am currently testing the free version of MultiLipi. The HTML code for the desktop version is displayed on the smartphone. As a result, the font is tiny and almost unreadable.

Can MultiLipi be used at all for websites that deliver different HTML code for mobile and desktop? I can't find a configuration option for this.

A: Yes, MultiLipi can be used on websites that deliver different HTML for mobile and desktop. However, because the mobile and desktop versions have separate HTML code, the translation process may be impacted, especially on mobile devices. If your website is not responsive and serves different HTML to mobile users, you may encounter issues like font sizes being too small or content not displaying...
