Q: For Tier 1 & 2 - Import/Export is available?
Could you please confirm if these features are available at these tiers? You mentioned Translation Memory—is that correct?

The Import/Export features, including Translation Memory, are available starting from Tier 3 and beyond. Unfortunately, these features are not available in Tier 1 and Tier 2.

Please be consistent with your answers. So, what is the current situation for Import/Export and Translation Memory?

Initially, we did offer Import/Export and Translation Memory features for Tier 1, but we are now locking these features according to the AppSumo plans. Going forward, these features will be available from Tier 3 and above.
