Q: Batch uploads and upload limits?
I purchased the app and went ahead to upload ~350 markdown files which I had in Obsidian. Unfortunately, it appears .md isn't supported... not a huge deal since that's a fast recursive convert to .txt. But two questions on the uploads now that the convert it done...
It looks like only 10 files can be uploaded at a time. Is there any way around this? A ton of .txt files are pretty lightweight as far as uploads go.
And then it appears I hit an upload cap at 200 files and now all uploads fail with a note that your servers are receiving a lot of uploads, try again later. Since this triggered right at 200, it feels more like a limit on me than your servers specifically. Is this a set limit and how long is the time until I'm able to resume uploading?
Thank you. Looking forward to getting everything running.

Jul 12, 2025A: Hi! Thanks so much for your message, and we really appreciate your support.
At the moment, we don’t officially support bulk uploads — we’re actively exploring how to make this possible. The reason is that each file uploaded goes through immediate processing, including vectorization and summarization via large models, which can put a lot of strain on our servers.
In the past, we've experienced situations where a sudden surge in uploads from individual users affected service availability for others. To keep things stable, we’ve recently upgraded our servers and currently set soft limits of 200 files per day and 50 files per hour per user. If you hit the limit, the upload functionality should automatically reset after an hour or a day, depending on which threshold was exceeded.
We're also working on a dedicated method for power users like you to upload large batches more efficiently — stay tuned!
And yes — you're absolutely right about Markdown! It's a great suggestion, and we're planning to support .md file uploads in the near future.
Thanks again, and we're excited to help you get everything up and running smoothly. 😊
