Q: Data Security and Privacy
Team MyMemo,
We got a full stack, but before we use we had a few questions on privacy. We conducted a quick search and see that as early as September 2024 to as late as a few weeks ago there are questions regarding your GDPR timeline. We read your previous statements, but a published goal time is preferred.
Additionally:
1. What type of encryption do you use?
2. Where is our data stored?
3. Will you have the ability to produce a DPA when GDPR complete?
4. With which third-party providers do you share our information? (We just read a story on Meta's AI Chatbot and how all queries are public)
доверяй, но проверяй.
Cheers!

Jun 16, 2025A: Hi there,
Thank you for your thoughtful questions — we absolutely understand the importance of “trust, but verify.” 😊
To answer your concerns:
Encryption & Storage:
All data is encrypted and stored on AWS servers, using AWS’s industry-standard security protocols.
Data Protection:
We rely entirely on AWS’s data protection infrastructure, and we follow their compliance best practices closely.
Third-party Services:
Besides our own services, we only use AWS and Cloudflare — no other third-party providers have access to user data.
DPA & Legal Inquiries:
If you or your legal team require a DPA or specific documentation, we’re happy to connect you with our legal counsel.
Please feel free to email us at support@mymemo.ai and we’ll arrange a direct conversation.
We’re committed to building trust through transparency — so please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any more questions!
Warm regards,
