Q: Ultra (Code 3) means three codes with each have ultra features or one code with tier 3?
Three codes have Ultra features, which means we can obtain all three codes. Each code provides Ultra features, and with three codes, we can create three different accounts that possess Ultra features. Is that correct? Or we will get only one code of tier 3 ultra?

And why, with an "Ultra" account, does your system say that an audio file of just 11.6MB exceeds the file size limit? That's ridiculous!!! I want to know what the maximum upload size per file is for different File Tiers, and these should actually work, correct! So - which formats have what maximum upload sizes! THX
Hi, currently, MyMemo supports audio file uploads up to 7MB. The 50MB limit applies only to PDFs, as noted on both our website and AppSumo listing. You could double check the plan details in appsumo website.
Audio support is a newer feature that we’re actively improving, and we plan to increase the size limit in future updates.

Thank you very much for the quick response and transparency. As Tier 3 user - why am I getting an error message with a 46.3MB and 48.7MB PDF? It clearly states up to 50MB per PDF, like you said. Are there also changes here that don't quite match the deal terms? ;))
