After Feedback (edited)
Hi Tony,
Thanks for your assistance. Can see where the MyMemo writing notes section is now under the + Add and not Notes. Can also see that a right click is needed to save text from links and not a click of the Chrome Extension.
Look forward to developing my understanding of the app.

First Reaction,
The application seems poor.
- could correctly spell the support email in the welcome screen (currently: support@mymmeo.ai )
- could have a help or FAQ section link within the online platform
- it seems there is no ability to write a memo in the application, no way to write a mymemo within the application which is one reason why I've rated it poorly.
Hopefully they create the feature to write memos directly into the application and not only saving websites. I was also not able to highlight text from a website to snip or save, only the whole website was saved. Which was different to one youtube video I watched from 2024. Has this feature disappeared?
I tried to problemsolve and save notes from a google doc, though this did not save successfully. No content was accessible by MyMemo AI only recognising the toolbar and not content in google doc.
Do you have a FAQ or Help section?
Thanks - Hope you add ability of writing notes directly into app.

Edited Jun 23, 2025Hi Josh,
Thank you so much for your feedback — we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
Just to clarify a few things:
Yes, you can absolutely write memos directly in the app — many of our users do this every day. You can simply click “Create Note” to open a writing page. If this option isn't visible for you, feel free to send a screenshot or more details to support@mymemo.ai, and we’ll be happy to help troubleshoot.
Thank you for spotting the typo in the welcome screen email address — you're right, and we've corrected it.
You can select a specific piece of text to save as a note. Just highlight the text on a webpage, right-click, and you’ll see the option “Save to MyMemo.” (Make sure you’ve installed our Chrome extension first:
MyMemo Web Clipper)
As for saving from Google Docs, unfortunately, that’s what we do not support — Docs runs in a unique iframe structure that sometimes prevents content recognition, but we're working on improving support for that.
You're also very welcome to join our Discord community https://discord.gg/THQTC6UF where you can ask questions, report issues, or share ideas directly with the team and other users!
Thanks again for trying MyMemo — we’re still growing and building every day, and your feedback helps make it better.
Warm regards,
The MyMemo Team
