Q: Clarification on Email Sending Limits, Warmup Cap, and Gmail Account Usage under Plan 1

I need clarification regarding your features. You mention “Unlimited sending email addresses” and “No monthly sending limit” under Plan 1 with lifetime access. However, the Email Warmup says “5,000 uploaded/prospect contacts” — does this mean 5,000 per month or total? Also, what does “Soft limit of 199 Email IDs” mean — is that the max number of email accounts I can connect? It also states “Max Emails Allowed: 100 emails/email ID/day” — does that mean I can only send 100 emails per day per ID, or total? Lastly, what happens if I use more than 10 Gmail accounts under the same domain — are there any limits or risks involved? Please clarify so I can use the service efficiently.

>We have a clarification made about this before. This is the number of prospects you can have loaded into your account at once.
Mystrika allows prospect slots to be re-used (delete prospects and upload new ones) anytime.
(no limit on how many times you want to delete and upload fresh within the month)
-"Soft limit of 199 Email IDs" mean — is that the max number of email accounts I can connect?
>Yes, and no. Yes, this is the number of sending email accounts (that are warmed up as well), and every account on Mystrika starts with a soft limit of 199.
Once, you have reached the soft limit of 199 (ie, you have added 199 sending email ids), drop us an email to ask for limit raise.
We want to ensure, the Mystrika's warm up pool quality always remains pristine, and as long as you do not have mis-configured, blacklisted, bouncing or alot of disabled sending email ids, we will raise it.
- "Max Emails Allowed: 100 emails/email ID/day" — does that mean I can only send 100 emails per day per ID, or total?
> It would make no sense to limit whole account to 100 emails per day. The limit is applied on per email id per day level.

However, we highly advise to use custom domains, as free accounts tend to have very short runway. Think yourself, when was the last email your received from a free Gmail id, that you trusted?
