Never got the activation email
Hi .. I just purchased a TIER 1 and never received my activation email. After waiting a while, I decided to try and change password which I did. Now when I sign-in, it's saying that account was not activated. Can you please assist? .. something got lost in translation. Thanks.

Jul 8, 2025I apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. This is a rare issue, as most of our customers are able to activate their accounts without a problem.
Could you please email us(team@ninjatools.ai) your receipt and the email address you used to sign up? I’d be happy to manually upgrade your account for you.
