2. I tried using the form on your website to submit questions. That was on April 14. I got an automated acknowledgement reply immediately. But yet to get the actual reply, even after a reminder I sent a day ago. The questions, I guess, are not appropriate for here but if you dont mind, I can post them here, since you are active here for now.
