I am working in the Netherlands where the new way of communication via email is different from the old way. We communicate in the second person with: Je, jij and jou. Where the old way is with: U and Uw.
The ai constantly uses the old way. Is there a way to train the ai?
Second question: can we download a list of all generated mails before sending? Or are all mails the same based on a template?
I have a list of linkedin salesnavigator contact who i want to reach with cold mail. Is there a way to import linkedin profiles where nureply finds the mailaddresses for those leads? or is email address finding not a part of the solution? I am unable to import csv contacts that have no mail address best regards

We added our first campaign and now are in the warm-up process. We see at least 20 warm-up emails in the spam folder of each of our 3 new inboxes ( a total of 74 (!) by now), but our Health Score shows 100% good (green color) and warm-up status %100 (blue color). Not sure if this really works. In this article "Warm up your accounts on Nureply" you say "If it is marked as Spam, move it to Inbox and mark it as important". Does this take 1 or 2 days to get removed? One more, your system just sent many emails early in the morning US Florida time (our project runs there), meaning at around 5am. Not sure if this is the best way to warm-up a business email. Can this be customized? One more question: it is Sunday right now and your warm-up system sends business emails like having a weekday. As asked before, can this be customized?
Do you support inbox placement tests? Do you verify emails before sending? Do you offer email filtering or deliverability insights based on specific ESPs like Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc.?
Q: How extensively can nureply be used as an agency tool?
I want to use the tool as an agency solution and manage multiple clients simultaneously. Which license is right for this project? Does the number of workspaces reflect the number of clients to be managed?
In Germany, sending cold emails is a gray area, or rather, the law requires that at least there must be interest in my offer. If someone hasn't registered via double opt-in and we're therefore in this gray area, does your tool have any capabilities to properly document this in case of an emergency?

This keeps client data isolated and makes reporting much cleaner.
Thanks for the offer. First, I'll check whether I can use your tool in compliance with German GDPR guidelines without risking legal action. If that's the case, I'll simply start testing with Tier 4 and then upgrade to the largest tier package.
