Q: How extensively can nureply be used as an agency tool?
I want to use the tool as an agency solution and manage multiple clients simultaneously. Which license is right for this project? Does the number of workspaces reflect the number of clients to be managed?
In Germany, sending cold emails is a gray area, or rather, the law requires that at least there must be interest in my offer. If someone hasn't registered via double opt-in and we're therefore in this gray area, does your tool have any capabilities to properly document this in case of an emergency?

Jun 26, 2025A: License & Client Management:
For agency use managing multiple clients, you'll want to look at our higher tiers. Yes, workspaces are designed exactly for this - each workspace can represent a different client with completely separate campaigns, contacts, email accounts, and reporting. This keeps client data isolated and makes reporting much cleaner.
The number of workspaces available depends on your tier level. Also we are in the process of pushing out a ICP builder and product builder that will be used for better AI emails. Each workspace will support one company, multiple ICPs and multiple products and offers.
German Legal Compliance:
This is a great question about GDPR and German cold email regulations. Currently, NuReply doesn't have built-in features specifically designed for documenting "legitimate interest" or maintaining the compliance records you'd need for German regulations.
For your use case, you'd likely need to:
Maintain external documentation of your legitimate interest basis
Keep detailed records of your research showing business relevance
Have clear opt-out processes (which NuReply does support)
Given Germany's strict email marketing laws, I'd honestly recommend consulting with a German legal expert who specializes in GDPR/email marketing before proceeding with cold outreach there. The compliance requirements are quite specific.
Recommendation:
Consider starting with a higher tier for the workspace functionality, but definitely get legal guidance on the German compliance piece before launching campaigns.
Would you like me to connect you with our support team for specific tier recommendations based on your client volume?
Thanks for the offer. First, I'll check whether I can use your tool in compliance with German GDPR guidelines without risking legal action. If that's the case, I'll simply start testing with Tier 4 and then upgrade to the largest tier package.
