Q: Rotating email accounts for sending?
If I have several domains for additional business email accounts, is there the ability to add each of those email accounts to a email marketing campaign? I hate the thought of using my main domains email address to send cold email. I use several emails of similar domains of my main domain to send cold emails?
Is there a need to add additional email accounts using Nureply, or one email account will be fine?

Jun 9, 2025A: Never ever ever ever use your main domain for sending cold emails. The rule of thumb is 2 accounts per domain, and 30 emails per account per day. So if you have 3000 emails to send it would be 3000/20 (number of business days) and this is 150 messages per day. Divide 150/30 and you get 5. So you would need 5 sending accounts, if you use the 2 accounts per domain you should get 2 domains and 5 total sending account. 2 on one domain and 3 on another. And once warmed (3 weeks) you should be able to hit your targets.
Its not uncommon to have 50-150 active email accounts sending emails depending on just how large your list and market it. Email me if you want more info our my cold email guide.
