I am working in the Netherlands where the new way of communication via email is different from the old way.
We communicate in the second person with: Je, jij and jou.
Where the old way is with: U and Uw.

The ai constantly uses the old way. Is there a way to train the ai?

Second question: can we download a list of all generated mails before sending?
Or are all mails the same based on a template?

The deal if very unclear on these points.
