Disappointing Experience – Feels Like a Pre-2000 Product
I purchased Tier 3 of NuReply expecting a solid outreach platform, but was met with immediate issues. The sign-up page is buggy, and once inside, the experience goes downhill fast.
The platform is full of coding errors, and the UX/CX looks and feels like something built before 2000 — clunky, outdated, and far from intuitive. It’s clear this tool hasn’t been properly maintained or tested before release.
I wish the team well and hope they can turn things around, but for an established business, I wouldn’t recommend it in its current state. Let’s see how things go in the future — for now, I’m requesting a refund.

Jun 2, 2025I'd be very interested to see what was a problem. The appsumo team does extensive testing with the onboarding flow multiple times before release. What specifically happened during onboarding. Want to get this solved for you.
