- Icebreaker credit limits: Credits do not roll over monthly, so unused credits expire if not consumed within the plan cycle.
- Support experience: Setting up can be tricky initially; however, their team is responsive and willing to provide personalized setup help via Zoom.
- I feel the number of emails per month in each tier is low.
