Good tool with room for improvements (mainly in support) (Old: NUREPLY? It is better to say NOREPLY ! NO SUPPORT)

UPDATE 07-17-2025: After several email exchanges, all my issues have been resolved. The onboarding technical process remains far from intuitive and easy, which is probably inherent to the nature of Cold Email itself. However, it would be very helpful if the system provided more detailed information when red icons appear. Currently, you only know that something is wrong, but there’s no indication of the cause or how to fix it.

Things seem to be working well now. I’ll monitor its efficiency over the next few weeks.

It’s still disappointing that I had to contact the owner directly to get my case addressed seriously. Thanks to him for that. I hope support will improve in the future, as this is clearly a significant weakness in Nureply.

The tool’s appearance is good. On a side note, the AI-generated email sequences are quite poor. Honestly, the quality of those emails is just not convincing or effective. Hopefully, this will improve.

Fortunately, you can create your own sequences from scratch. For that, I used another tool I purchased on AppSumo, which has become my best investment so far.

I’m giving 4 stars overall because the interface is easy and pleasant to use (I only wish the technical onboarding was as user-friendly). It offers many features. I hesitated to give 3 stars due to the AI quality (which I find unusable as is), but tools from AppSumo are often still developing, so let’s be patient and support their improvement. The missing star is mainly due to support issues mentioned earlier.

I've sent several emails, reminders... absolutely NO reply.

Nothing is working. All my sender emails are set (9 of them), but 2 main issues:

- SPF Records are not detected correctly. All online SPF checkers says it is set correctly, but NUREPLY continue to mention it as FAILS.
- ALL my emails are mentionning ERROR.

I' waiting to start working with NUREPLY, but I'm stuck for some reason.

SUpport is INEXISTANT. This is almost 3 days I sent my initial email, still waiting to be able to work with that tool.

The tool itself looks interesting and full of features, but looks pretty buggy and the fact there is noone to reply to you email, does not give confidence that this company will still exist in several months.

I'm still waiting 2 or 3 days for a reply.
If non, I get my Tier3 refunded.

Bad Appsumo campaign start !
I might no refund and change my review when this is completly solved and see it working. For now, it is 0 tacos.
