My first two campaigns were disrupted due to a scheduling problem.
I recently started using Nureply, and my first impression was that it was easy to use with a nice interface. I set up two campaigns with two different email lists. The first emails were sent without any problems, and the stats looked good. I had chosen a 2-day gap between sends for both campaigns, but on the third day, I noticed a scheduling issue—Nureply ended up sending all my sequences within 3 days, overwhelming my potential leads with emails and possibly causing my email to be blocked by them.
The support has fixed the issue a couple days after, but the damage was already done.

Jun 25, 2025We messed up. This scheduling bug sent all of this user's email sequences within 3 days instead of the planned 2-day intervals, and that's completely unacceptable.
When you're doing cold outreach, timing is everything. Proper delays protect your sender reputation and prevent you from burning through your prospect list. Our platform didn't do its job, and it cost this user their campaign effectiveness and potentially their email deliverability.
This is on me. I should have caught this before it went live. The scheduling system is core functionality - not something you can afford to get wrong.
I've implemented stricter testing protocols for campaign scheduling, and we're reviewing every aspect of our sequence timing to make sure this doesn't happen again.
We can promise is that we're treating this as the serious failure it was and making the changes needed to prevent it from happening again.
