This product has potential, but has bugs and the support is not effective
I noticed that the warmup works without creating problems with the datacenter as another experience I have with another product I bought here - and this is important - but I m not satisfied and here is why:
I currently only use warmup with 4-5 accounts to test the product and those I had to create one by one
I m trying since I bought it use the option of bulk import and this is not working and not relevant error message appears !
I requested support by email (I would prefer chat) and I still keep exchanging messages trying to convince support is not working and sending pictures and asking them to check the logs and we are still emailing while this should have been sorted fast.
It is not enough to be polite.
It is enough to be effective and I keep writing to them but I m tired of this
I m very sorry you oblige me for a negative review but I don't want to keep trying to help you to help me sort out your bugs as you are paid to so so while I pay you to save time and instead of spending it.
If you become better this review will change and if not I will just abandon your solution as I feel not respected when I get naive replies to my support requests
