Very disappointed with Nureply.
I made three important requests on 3rd July, and none of them were properly handled:
1️⃣ Email warmup was not enabled.
2️⃣ I couldn't do a bulk upload of my email list.
3️⃣ I sent them my CSV file and requested they upload it on my behalf, but they ignored it.
Their support was slow and unresponsive even after follow-ups. Overall, the service did not meet my expectations at all

Common Reasons for Setup Issues:
1. Email Warmup Not Enabled:
This is usually due to missing or misconfigured email authentication records (DKIM, SPF, or DMARC). These need to be properly set up before warmup can begin.
2. Bulk Upload Problems:
Did you use our import template? CSV formatting issues, incorrect column headers, or file size limitations can prevent successful uploads.
3. CSV Upload Request:
Without seeing your specific file and setup, it's hard to know what might have caused the delay in processing your request.
