Yes, you can control the minimum and maximum length of all titles and descriptions in the Settings/Dynamic. Simply drag the scale to adjust the settings as needed.
While 60 characters for titles and 160 characters for descriptions are often recommended, Google fully crawls and reads the entire length. Our default settings are more flexible because they allow the most relevant keywords to be placed at the beginning of titles and descriptions. When the main message or keywords are impactful, positioned at the start, and visible in the search snippet view (what users see in search results), it can enhance ranking potential by utilizing additional content length to improve relevancy.
