Q: Why am I locked out of Premium prompts?
I am on Tier 1 because I don't need a team members.
Why is my account locked out of Premium prompts!?🙁
Did you change the terms of the deal?...🤔
I thought all Tiers got the same features.
Teams was supposed to just be more seats.💯
If you changed the deal and gave teams more features that's unfair & deceptive to those of us who purchase Oily well before the price increases.👎

Jun 28, 2025A: Hi, no terms are changed. All tiers have same features, some have more users - premium prompts are locked for everyone and were added months after we launched the deal, they're locked for everyone, it's an experiment

We have a pretty active Discord group - believe you should join for any clarifications - we've shipped like 100 new features after we launched the deal, pretty sure all the early users realise how much work we really put into this extension
