I like the overall features, all the basics are there but it lacks customization options.

For example you cannot set up the height of the banner, there are no padding options, you cannot have custom column width, the button looks huge when having text and button setup as it takes 50% of the space by default. You cannot have more than two columns.

Point is the customization settings are very limited. I bought tier 3 and hopefully they will add more options that would make these pop ups more adaptable to our specific needs.
