Q: Any chance you can increase Tier 3 storage ?

1) Tier 3 storage 200Gb vs 1 TB in T4 , for less than double the price . If I managed to get two T3, can you give 1TB with flexibility for me to split storage for 2 brands / domains ? With different stripe possible ?
2) could you give some idea of how the usage based billing would turn out for service ?
- for e.g. if I offer a service which offers 4 premium reports per month , would I be able to add a custom field to monitor the # of times reports are accessed / store webhook events and cap premium access yet allow standard access ?
3) do we set up pricing in stripe first and then add in platform or defining in platform will automatically create the plan in stripe also
4) Can tax deduction be set up for automatic location based % like how stripe offers
5) will I be able to show my GST/HST id on the invoice by default

A: Hey! Thanks for the detailed questions, here's everything you asked for:

1) Storage & Multiple Brands:

Right now, storage isn't shared across different AppSumo codes. Just a heads-up though: there's a display issue on AppSumo—Tier 4 actually gives 2TB, not 1TB (that’s getting fixed).

That said, you can run multiple agencies (with different brands/domains) under the same email and manage them separately. Each can have its own Stripe account, and switching between them is super easy. So while storage isn’t merged, you still get full flexibility in managing multiple setups.

2) Usage-Based Billing:

This is going to be one of the strongest features in Orchestra.

You’ll be able to define:

How many “credits” a plan gives (monthly or one-time),

What triggers a credit usage (e.g. task marked as "Done", timer logs, or custom properties).

In your case: if you're offering 4 premium reports/month, you’ll be able to:

Give 4 credits per month,

Deduct 1 credit when a report is accessed (based on a trigger),

Still allow standard access after the 4 are used.

Webhook tracking + caps + fallback access = totally doable. All built-in and very flexible.

3) Stripe Integration:

You don’t need to set up pricing in Stripe first. Once Stripe is connected, you can create and manage everything from Orchestra and it syncs both ways automatically. If you have existing Stripe customers, you can import them easily.

4) Taxes:

Yep! Stripe handles this using Stripe Tax, so it will auto-apply location-based tax percentages if you enable it.

5) GST/HST ID on Invoices:

Invoices are currently generated by Stripe directly, so yes—Stripe can show your GST/HST or VAT number on them.

Orchestra's own invoicing system is in the works (coming in a couple of months), and it’ll offer even more control and customization.

Let me know if you want to go deeper on any of those points!

So Tier3 will remain at only 200Gb?

Yes :) It already has been changed to include full whitelabelling which is pretty generous, tier 4 is here if you need more limits!

Thanks 🙏

Can I add my own storage behind 200 GB ? Paying +$400 for storage alone when other features are same feels like a Apple
Tax for storage. If you are limiting storage , why not allow us multiple business since you are focussed on agencies .

Totally get the concern.

Quick note: Orchestra isn’t limited to one agency — you can create and switch between multiple.

On storage, between Tier 3 and 4 you get a 10x increase plus 5 more team seats. For most agencies, that’s more than enough.

Still, I’m open to solutions — extra storage, freeing up space, or even plugging in your own. The goal isn’t to trap you, it’s to keep things simple.
