There is a lot to like about Orchestra, especially the UI which makes navigating within the app simple. The main core of the app is managing projects or tasks, which you can view as a list or Kanban style. I appreciate the onboarding steps you have to take to complete the setup process. After setup, you have the ability to set up client payments in a variety of ways, one time, monthly and even milestones, which is coming soon.
I bought the Agency Handy app but it was too much for me to handle as a one man band so I'm sticking with orchestra. It is easier to manage but that doesn't mean it's not feature packed because it is. Speaking of...Orchestra is adding a services portal like Agency Handy where your client can view and sign up for services. Once they sign up for a service they will be seamlessly entered into their client portal, which you can brand to your liking.
There is also a Discord channel where the owner, Anthony is frequently making updates and announcing new features. It's so awesome to see an owner that is engaged like this. You send an email to him and it's answered the next day.
