1. Each column in literature review or extract data feature can be a parameter like “Insights”, “Summary”, “Methodology”, “Research Question”, or any custom defined parameter that you want to extract from the selected set of papers/pdfs.
2. Can you specify if you are asking about downloading references in RIS/bib format from reference manager ? If that is your question, yes you can. If you are referring to downloading the bibliography in the writer, the writer already supports automatic citations and reference list (at the bottom) that you can download in docx format. (You can also change the document citation style in the writer in case you want to change the citation style)
3. We don’t have this feature directly but we have connected papers and knowledge graph feature in our mid term roadmap plans (although not in immediate roadmap). Right now, you will have to use AI search or literature review to find papers relevant to the topic or sub-topic of your research. You can also use the writer by asking it to write on topics in which case, it can add citations from relevant papers from public research database (apart from your references).

5. Our deep research reports (expected to be released in 2 weeks ) would be focused on scientific research papers and would consider much more indepth factors like citation count, type of study used etc, Journal Quality, we will also index full text wherever the papers have pdfs (open access) available. Perplexity would work on general website searches using google and bing search and as such has a different use case than Paperguide Deep Research Reports.
6. Extract Data feature works with pdfs in your reference manager only. In tier 1 you can extract from upto 25 pdfs (rows) and 8 columns at a time. In tier 2 and above, you can extract upto 100 pdf (rows) and 50 columns at a time. For online resources, you need to use literature review feature.
7. We have plagiarism detection in roadmap. As of now we are not sure about AI detector as most AI detectors are not reliable.
