Q: Can you clarify how the custom role-plays limits are counted each month?
For example, in tier 1, if I created 10 custom role-plays the previous month, and I don’t create any this month, when users play all 10 of those role-plays, will they be counted toward my custom role play limit this month? What if I create custom role-plays, but they are not intended to be played yet. How many are we allowed to create each month if they are not played?

roleplays credit for creating and also for playing are on a rolling base each month, so credit which wont be spent, will be increased the next month :)
so in tier 1, you can _create_ up to 10 new custom roleplay templates every month and you have 30 credits _for playing_ any Personeo.ai roleplays every month

For example, in Tier 1, it should say “10 custom roleplay templates” because right now it gives the impression that you can only play your custom role-plays 10 times each month. This is likely impacting your sales on this deal.
