Does the unused credit balance ever reset after a certain point, or does it continue to roll over from year to year?

Since this is based on the number of row plays each month is there a way to have a usage limit per link? For example if I have a client and I want to give them the link so that they can do a practice conversation can I have it set so they can only do it twice?
Hello. I have a specific use case. I work at a university and we have psychology students who need to train 'motivational conversation' with their clients. So it is practice, not real life. The students take the role of the conversation leader who then has a conversation woth the client who needs help to resolve a life situation eg Addicted to gaming, or getting out of a destructive relationship, etc. Perhaps 60 students per term will simulate doing this roleplay with a various number or roleplays. Here are my questions. Is there a limit to the number of people (students) that can try any given roleplay? Can it be done in Swedish? Is it possible to train the roleplay to become an expert in motivational intervention using our pdfs? Can feedback be given in a tailor made way - if we can train it well enough?
For example, in tier 1, if I created 10 custom role-plays the previous month, and I don’t create any this month, when users play all 10 of those role-plays, will they be counted toward my custom role play limit this month? What if I create custom role-plays, but they are not intended to be played yet. How many are we allowed to create each month if they are not played?
