I’m a longtime AppSumo Plus member who’s spent thousands on this platform. Normally, I’m confident in the value and support behind these deals. But my recent experience with **Personeo.ai** felt more like a roll of the dice than a lifetime commitment.

I purchased **4x Tier 3 codes**, well within the stated deal terms. The plan was to stack 3 on one account, and assign the 4th elsewhere — a setup AppSumo support confirmed is acceptable. Instead, I got a redemption process via Google Form, delayed support, and vague dashboard credits.

What’s worse? The founder openly said that if infrastructure costs get too high, they *may not honor LTD stacks long-term*. That’s **after** I already invested in the product.

Yes, AppSumo clarified the stack limit — but left the rest of the enforcement to the seller. That’s not enough when a deal’s delivery and communication are shaky at best.

This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this. (See: Kites.io shutdown.) It’s becoming a pattern: promising tools that weren’t ready for scale, then trying to renegotiate the deal after taking people’s money.

⚠️ **Bottom line:** If you’re a power user or someone building on top of LTDs, **vet these offers hard**. And AppSumo, please — when sellers start shifting the goalposts post-sale, step in stronger. That’s what builds trust, especially for your most loyal buyers.

I still appreciate the platform and what it offers, but this one needs a serious review.
