I purchased multiple Tier 3 codes in good faith and the promising concept, expecting the features clearly listed at time of sale. After redeeming, the founder of Personeo.ai reduced my account to just one tier — no notice, no refund offer, no transparency. This wasn't a pricing issue, it was a **trust issue**.
AppSumo is a marketplace that I value, but this kind of deal rollback after purchase shouldn't be allowed. If a product isn't ready for LTD scale, it shouldn't be here. Using Google forms for redemption says alot! And asking for your credits to be applied after several day's after purchase was not a good look.
I received a full refund, but it's frustrating that AppSumo hasn't stepped in more directly to protect buyers. Deals like this damage confidence.
Please review this seller’s long-term plan carefully before buying. I will continue using ChatGPT app for role playing.

Before launch we were discussing with the AppSumo team how to handle long-term infrastructure costs with LTDs and we decided set limits / plans to 30 roleplays, 100 roleplays, 300 roleplays monthly as the Fair User Policy.
You wanted to stack to 900 roleplays or 1200 or 1800 roleplays credits monthly, I am just saying now it is not possible. Too much volume for that LTD. Please accept it and understand the reasoning.
