🚩 Big Red Flag — Product Not Ready, Feels Like a Beginner-Level App
After using this product end to end, I can confidently say that it’s not ready for launch. Everything feels extremely basic, with tons of bugs, a very limited feature set, and a UI that’s unfinished and clunky.
Key Issues:
1.Misleading Language Support:
They promise support for 20+ languages, but that’s not the case. The platform itself is only in English. You’ll see minimal language options on the interview page—not full platform support. This half-truth is actually more harmful than helpful.
2.Overcommitment & False LTD Promises:
The LTD feels overpromised. Given the high costs of AI, video storage, and transcription, providing “unlimited candidates” isn’t realistic. Is this just a trap? What happens when they realize it’s unsustainable—will the platform just shut down in a year or two?
3.Just Surviving on LTD:
The focus seems entirely on selling LTDs instead of building a sustainable, long-term business with proper subscriptions. They’ve previously launched LTDs on other platforms too. This raises huge red flags about their ability (or intent) to stick around for the long haul.
4.Limited & Buggy Features:
Many essential features are missing or simply broken. There’s no bulk upload, no candidate invite, and no SMTP support. Basic interview features don’t work reliably on iPhone. Branding and customization options are almost non-existent—everything feels buggy and unreliable. They claim the platform is “AI-powered,” but in reality, they haven’t even implemented core basic features properly. Just plugging in an AI API doesn’t make it truly AI-powered.
5.Poor Customer Support:
The support team is practically non-existent. They take forever to reply (if they reply at all), and issues go unresolved for a long time.
6.Basic & Confusing UI/UX:
The dashboard is unfinished and hard to use; the interview page is no better. The overall user experience is frustrating and unprofessional.
7.GDPR Compliance Claims Are Empty:
Despite claiming GDPR compliance, there’s no evidence to back this up. No list of third-party data processors, no info on a Data Protection Officer—nothing that shows they actually take GDPR seriously.

Not quite true. As I explained in my May 29 Q&A “Spanish support?”, all applicant-facing feature—transcripts, live interviews, phone interviews—already works in 20+ languages. We’ve been crystal clear from day one: the manager dashboard remains English for now, and only a handful of automated notification emails are still pending localization.

That’s not correct. On Jun 2, 2025, I confirmed in our AppSumo Q&A that we host data in secure datacenters in the US and India—GDPR is about protecting EU data during processing and transit, not physically locking it inside Europe. We’re also not legally required to appoint a DPO under Article 37, since we don’t process sensitive data.
