We’ve actually explored this quite a bit, and based on our experience, uploading around 12 high-quality photos hits the sweet spot. It’s enough for the model to learn your facial and bodily features accurately, while still retaining creative flexibility to generate you across various styles, settings, and lighting conditions.

Uploading significantly more can lead to overfitting, where the model becomes too rigid and struggles to adapt to diverse compositions or themes—ironically reducing overall output quality. That said, we’re always exploring ways to optimize training further, and we appreciate you bringing this up!
