Great value, it is a keeper with potential for growth
MY USE CASE
I am a professional speaker, trainer, coach, content creator.
WHY I PURCHASED
I needed to update my website and needed more professional photos of me on stage and training since what I currently have is out dated (hairstyle, age and body). I also want to use it as background images for social media graphics and PPT presentations. I got one code because I am a solopenuer and just using it for just me. I only need one model. I am only using it for professional photos and don't need the cartoon superhero stuff.
WHAT I LIKED
I like that the photos were very realistic. So realistic that I had to read the privacy terms again to make sure that they didn't add my face to a stock photo or someone's real photo online or have others have access to my photos. That is how real it looks like me. I texted a few photos to my best friend from college that I've known for 25 years and my husband with out them knowing it was AI generated. His response was "When did you have the time to take all these photos?" Winning!!! It was able to pass the test with the closest people to me. They surprisingly did a great job on my hair texture for a Black woman with locs. Most of the fashion styles worked because it was inspired by the photos I submitted.
CONS
Even though I enjoyed seeing myself as a size 6 (USA) again (lol), they need to work on more body shapes. I had to tweak the prompt to get my size right which is 10 (USA) so it can look more realistic to now and not 2 years ago when I was smaller. A lot of the direct front facing images were great but some of the side views or 3/4 face views were great but not not me 100%. I think the software need for us to upload also different angles of our faces and bodies. Issues with stages or scenes that have words on it because it had that GPT weird language on it. It would need to be fixed in post production with a human if you decide to use the image. In the worst generated examples, AI has yet to perfect hands. I sometimes had 3-6 fingers on a hand, but fixable post production. Some photos the eyes are not natural but fixable. Some photos with an audience, had me in the audience or a group photo with me and three other people that looks like me. Some generations just ignored or didn't know exactly what I was asking for. By the end of my credits for this month, I figured out that I needed to change the steps from 30 to 100 to get better quality images that gave me what I wanted or closer to what I wanted. The higher steps took more credits though.
SUGGESTIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT
Add the option to add more photos and angles for training. In addition to age and race. I would recommend asking for height. I am petite and some images were too tall. For the professional setting add more content for those who need professional stage, training, virtual presenter scenes than just the classic in the office photos.
