1. Not yet. I am looking at setting up some engagement tools which would include this. Provided that they are in line with Pinterest's API policy.
2. Yes, you can post to multiple boards at the same time.
3. The short answer is that it depends. I normally recommend starting slow for new accounts. 5 pins per day for the first week. Moving up to 10 pins for the next week. Then increase in increments of 5 pins per day each week.
Of course, remember to follow Pinterest community guidelines. Having a large variety of outbound links is important too.
