Q: Onboarding
Most confusing onboarding I’ve ever seen and lacking. There is no software? The tool is a bot? This makes no sense?

Our onboarding is intentionally simple:
1. You receive a code.
2. Enter it on our website.
3. Choose your preferred chat platform.
4. Go through a conversation with our AI bot.
5. At the end, you receive all the generated startup artifacts (pitch deck, one-pager, investor memo, etc.).
Yes, the core of the tool is a smart conversational assistant — that’s how we help you structure your idea and create professional materials fast. No need to learn complex software — just chat, and get results.

Furthermore you don’t reply to emails and everything you said was included is not actually included anywhere. Someone else asked you about this too. You said that to email you. No one should have to email you to access something you said was included. There is no product . It’s a chatbot with no login
