Thinking of a Refund
The product looked promising.
I have been dealing a lot with texts and was hoping it can save me tons of time (and money)
Uploaded a book (well, tried to) - the system never "received" it so I was unable to check.
Also, seems most more the useful features are not included in the LTD which is not fun, how can I test it? I understand these features require resources so a reduced "credits"/"tokens" would have been understood. Completely blocked? Seems not logical.

Thanks for sharing this here. You are right, we should show the reason why it does not proceed to the next stage. It seems like the book size exceeded the total token availability, that is why it does not let you proceed to the next level.
Our current offering is exact list of Standard and Premium offering we have on Polygraf AI directly, with massive discount on it which is coming to its end today.
I'd highly recommend using the premium (annual) package if you are using large files and repeatedly going through manual processes. We will add API access to that package soon, too.
Once again, thanks for sharing the feedback.
I'd appreciate if you can change your star rating, as it is not representing the product, but expectation from feature access perspective.
