First of all, there's no conflict between Poptics and Elementor — you can absolutely use both on your site without any issues.

To clarify your question: while Poptics popups can’t be edited directly inside the Elementor editor (since we haven’t integrated with Elementor yet), you can fully design and customize your popups using the Poptics editor. It’s a simple, standalone tool made just for that.
